Coffee Chronicles
Last weekend, Ika and her two besties ventured to a quaint café in a village in Sungai Buloh. Ika’s Instagram feed overflowed with aesthetically pleasing pictures of the minimalistic café, featuring a cold latte and a slice of red velvet cake against a backdrop of ambient sounds.

Tent Tales
Zamri had just returned from a camping trip to a waterfall in Janda Baik. Planning this healing escapade for a while, Zamri excitedly shared his experience with a camping Facebook group, receiving praises for the picturesque camping scenes he shared.

Takaful Story
Ilham recently signed up as a rider for a delivery app, only a month after losing his job. Despite sending numerous job applications, Ilham hadn’t secured an interview yet. Determined not to waste time, as he had a family to support, Ilham subscribed to Ouch! Pusara Pro for life takaful coverage. Interestingly, Ilham shared this decision only with his wife, not on social media.

Three different scenarios, but the motivations of these three individuals to share varied. Ika and Zamri were eager to share their stories, while Ilham chose to share only with his wife, not on social media.

This perception stems from the general belief that matters related to takaful protection can only be handled by agents. People tend to rely on agents for information about the types of takaful and details about protection.

Understanding takaful can be challenging. Customers often struggle to comprehend takaful products due to unfamiliar terms and the diversity of offerings. Consequently, many still consult takaful agents for product information.

Despite this, a study by Swiss Re revealed that 68% of customers expressed interest in seeking information about self-protection. This indicates a high level of interest in self-protection.

Additionally, it’s noteworthy that the general public remains uncertain about the necessity of protection. Therefore, efforts to educate the public about the primary benefits of takaful contributions need to be expanded.

No need to be an agent to know the coverage rates.
